Interior Restyling of a Communication Agency
The interior renovation project for a prestigious communication agency based in Forlì represented an interesting design challenge for our studio, focused on a clear and ambitious goal: transforming the existing workspaces, previously occupied by another company, into an environment capable of best supporting the needs of a creative and dynamic team.
The client, long established in the communication sector, requested an intervention that could combine comfort, functionality, and visual stimuli—fundamental elements to foster a positive and productive work atmosphere.
Thus emerged the desire not only to promote a rational organization of the spaces but above all to create environments that would facilitate interaction and idea exchange among employees, elements considered crucial for a reality nourished by creativity and innovation.
Starting from the flooring, a carpet with a discreet pattern and colors recalling the company logo’s palette was chosen.
This detail, seemingly simple, proved fundamental in reinforcing the agency’s visual identity within the spaces, granting coherence and aesthetic continuity.
The choice of materials and tones was made carefully to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, capable of inspiring serenity and concentration.
Attention to color also extended to the devices for controlling natural light, fundamental given the presence of large windows characterizing the environment.
The shading systems were customized chromatically to integrate harmoniously with the rest of the interiors.
Colored mirrors, strategically placed at key points in the offices, help multiply light and visually expand the spaces, creating an effect of depth and dynamism.
A standout element in the internal layout is the Break Area, positioned at the center of the offices.
This zone, designed with custom furnishings, hosts a large table surrounded by monochrome stools that enhance its minimalist and functional aesthetic.
The Break Area was conceived as the agency’s beating heart: an informal space where employees can meet, exchange ideas, and relax, thus stimulating creativity through moments of spontaneous sociality.
Ornamental plants, arranged in large pots carefully positioned to be visible from every corner, help create a more welcoming environment.
This approach, which aims to integrate nature within workspaces, has proven in recent years to promote psycho-physical wellbeing, increasing productivity and improving air quality.
The entire project was developed in close collaboration with the client, a commissioner who lives daily the value of creativity as the driving force of their activity.
Each design choice was not only shared but also inspired by an ongoing and constructive dialogue, resulting in an environment capable of reflecting the corporate identity and supporting the work of its key players.
In conclusion, this intervention was not limited to a simple reconfiguration of space, but represented a real investment in corporate culture, people and their ability to innovate.
A project that testifies to how interior architecture can become a key tool for creating value, fostering collaboration and stimulating creative thinking.
